Utilize data analytics to inform workplace strategies, optimizing space utilization and employee experience based on empirical evidence.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Architecture, Interior Design, Information Technology, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in workplace strategy, occupancy management, workplace technology, and/or corporate real estate.
Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale workplace projects and technological integrations.
Strong knowledge of workplace trends, space planning, and data governance practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and workplace technologies.
