About the role
- Develop and apply ML Models, advanced analytics, and GenAI to marketing and commercial use cases.
- Work with large, complex datasets including consumer tracking, household panels, and syndicated retail data.
- Partner with data platform teams to enable scalable, real-time analytics solutions.
- Translate analytical outputs into clear business recommendations for global stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong experience in marketing, consumer, or shopper analytics, ideally within CPG or a related industry.
- Hands-on expertise in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and data analysis.
- Experience working with consumer tracking, household panel, and syndicated retail data (e.g. Nielsen, household panels).
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI; experience with Azure ML or similar platforms is a plus.
- Experience applying analytics to real business decisions (Marketing, growth, pricing or optimization).
