About the role
- This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, standardization, and transformation across global finance functions (RTR, Payroll, P2P, OTC).
- The position develops and maintains a scalable, transparent service delivery model, leveraging best practices and innovation to ensure cost-effective, resilient operations.
- Reporting to the Senior Director, for Finance Optimization, the role collaborates with internal and external partners, including Operations Units, TCCC Functional Hubs, Genpact, DTS, contractors, and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in operations, process optimization, or global business service management.
- Expertise in service catalogue management, process mapping, policy governance, risk management, and technology strategy.
- Proven leadership of large, cross-functional, multi-geographic teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with digital transformation (RPA, IA, AI/Gen AI, cloud technologies).
