Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- At least 8 years of sales leadership experience within the beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
- Significant exposure to Amazon, Intermediaries, and Omnichannel platforms
- Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, shopper behavior analytics, and customer growth strategies
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and spearhead complex projects
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights
- Ability to address challenges through collaboration, innovation, and solutions-focused approaches
- Expertise in fostering and enhancing partnerships with decision-makers across Amazon, intermediaries, omnichannel platforms, and distributors
- This role requires up to 25% travel.
