About the role

  • Ownership, development and delivery of localized brand strategy and activation for the market(s)
  • Including Local Annual Business Plan, performance management, and potential YTG acceleration & mitigation plans
  • Managing brand campaigns & activations, innovations, national promotions, packaging and experiential marketing and events
  • Track brand and project performance through data analysis
  • Converting KPIs and findings into specific insights and actions for reports and presentations
  • Drive bottler alignment on the Marketing Transformation agenda
  • Plan and execute strategic customer and tailored activations
  • Manage brand program budgets and timelines to drive flawless execution of the plan
  • Lead cross-functional teams on brand projects and tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4-8 years of brand management / marketing experience; particularly in CPG/FMCG will be considered a plus
  • Fluent in English, Polish or any Baltic language a big plus
  • Great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English, as well as presentation skills/storytelling
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate tasks, manage details and share information (budgets, resources, metrics, timeline management, etc.)
  • Passion for the brand and the work of the brand marketing
  • Understanding of key marketing concepts and business analytics
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
