About the role
- Drive ESG data excellence and Scope 3 decarbonization strategies
- Implement strategies to reduce GHG emissions in upstream value chains
- Lead governance of ESG data platforms ensuring integrity and compliance
- Collaborate across global functions for accurate ESG data
- Oversee carbon forecasting and progress tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Sustainability, Environmental Science, QSE, Data Science or related fields
- 8+ years’ experience in sustainability leadership, carbon accounting, or ESG data governance
- Expertise in Scope 3 GHG accounting
- Advanced proficiency in sustainability data platforms, including SAP SFM and ESG systems
- Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, CDP, etc.)
- Advanced communication skills and ability to influence
