About the role
- Overseeing both company-owned and third-party (3PL) chilled warehouse operations.
- Lead a high-performing team focused on optimizing storage, transportation, and customer service across the chilled supply chain network.
- Design and implement structured operational routines to drive excellence across operations.
- Develop a comprehensive Warehousing and Distribution Strategy for the chilled network.
- Serve as the primary liaison between assigned 3PL partners and Main Street.
- Collaborate with Innovation and Commercialization teams to enable successful product launches.
- Partner with Supply Chain Services to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline preferred.
- 10+ years of supply chain operations experience, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
- Working knowledge of the Coca-Cola system is a plus.
- Strategic thinking and strategy development needed.
- Up to 50% travel.
