About the role

  • Overseeing both company-owned and third-party (3PL) chilled warehouse operations.
  • Lead a high-performing team focused on optimizing storage, transportation, and customer service across the chilled supply chain network.
  • Design and implement structured operational routines to drive excellence across operations.
  • Develop a comprehensive Warehousing and Distribution Strategy for the chilled network.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between assigned 3PL partners and Main Street.
  • Collaborate with Innovation and Commercialization teams to enable successful product launches.
  • Partner with Supply Chain Services to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline preferred.
  • 10+ years of supply chain operations experience, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
  • Working knowledge of the Coca-Cola system is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and strategy development needed.
  • Up to 50% travel.
