About the role

Drive ESG data excellence and lead Scope 3 decarbonization strategies.
Define and implement strategies to reduce GHG emissions in upstream value chains.
Partner with procurement to embed supplier-specific emissions factors and improve material efficiency.
Lead governance of ESG data platforms ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
Influence and collaborate across global functions to integrate carbon accounting into operational decisions.
Oversee carbon forecasting, progress tracking, and preparation for audits.
Translate complex sustainability data into actionable intelligence for leadership and stakeholders.
Identify high-impact interventions to accelerate Scope 3 emissions reductions.

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Sustainability, Environmental Science, QSE, Data Science or related fields.
8+ years’ experience in sustainability leadership, carbon accounting, or ESG data governance in a complex global supply chain.
Expertise in Scope 3 GHG accounting, preferably with deep knowledge of agricultural ingredients and life cycle assessment.
Advanced proficiency in sustainability data platforms and analytics tools, including SAP SFM, ESG systems (e.g., KOSMOS), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, CDP, etc.) and LCA methodologies.
Project Management for SAP module implementation
Attention to Detail : High accuracy in categorization and risk assessment.
