About the role
- Manage ARTD co-owned brands: budget, price and performance management (PPM)
- Support end-to-end ARTD business planning
- Partner with ARTD Finance Operations Lead to support Franchise team and bottlers activities with financial expertise at the Franchise Unit level
- Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
- Develop key insights needed to inform strategic priorities
- Manage all Business Models and Margins within the Franchise
- Develop and implement Margin optimization strategy across the entire value chain
- Revenue Growth Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related
- An MBA or related master’s degree is nice to have
- +7 years of leadership experience in senior financial planning or senior commercial finance roles
- Ability to work in a complex and matrixed network across Latin America
- Ability to understand and anticipate the impacts of business strategies across the Coca-Cola system
- Strong communication skills (storytelling) evidenced by good verbal/written presentation and ability to partner and influence effectively with stakeholders
- Must be fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
