About the role
- Support the successful leasing and day to day operations of a portfolio of properties during peak leasing season
- Provide information to current and future residents using exceptional customer care skills
- Conduct property viewings
- Accept rental applications for review and processing
- Provide necessary and proactive administrative support to ensure efficient processing of applications
- Maintain regular contact with the resident community to ensure complete follow up and resolution
- Organize and participate in Resident Community Events
- Inspect suites to ensure quality standards are continuously achieved
- Use internal systems to collect, record and track activities from clients
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting team members
Requirements
- Pursuing studies in business marketing, sales, real estate and/or hospitality
- Sales aptitude
- Social media savvy
- Outgoing and energetic personality
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong administrative skills
- Creative and resourceful nature
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Driver’s license and vehicle required
- Flexibility in work week, including evenings and weekends
