Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and lead medium to large-sized capital projects/programs that include the integration of outside technical resources
Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult to complex problems using in-depth knowledge of specific manufacturing operations combined with the application of appropriate engineering principles
Demonstrates good judgment in making commitments and risk-taking
Provide technical knowledge on evolving capabilities within both the industry and the technology
Provide technical leadership to teams conceiving, developing, and implementing major technology upgrades or product improvement/line extensions
Anticipate changing resource requirements and results and initiate appropriate responses
Make effective presentations of technical material to non-technical people, both written and verbal
Deliver fully integrated human, operational and technical systems that achieve targeted business results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in engineering - civil, mechanical, industrial
10+ years in engineering and manufacturing operations management
5+ years leading increasing complexity and scale of capital projects and budgets
2+ years in people management (employee selection, placement, development/coaching, career planning)
Hands-on experience with SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Fiori) and understanding of their functionalities
Technical Knowledge of Area
PMP certification (desired)
