About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead two captaincies at Target to drive category and share growth for Clorox and Target
- Provide the Target buyer with unbiased strategic and tactical recommendations using relevant insights to increase sales and gain market share
- Generate actionable insights from POG data, syndicated data and internal data sources
- Drive and execute the routine POG build process at Target completing key milestones on time and error free
- Collaborate cross-functionally for category education and consulting on category driving opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Category Management, or a related commercial function
- 3+ years of experience leveraging customer, market, and syndicated data to analyze trends, generate insights, and develop actionable business recommendations
- Experience working with Target is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to develop compelling, insight-driven business stories
- Consultative selling and solution-oriented mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team environment
