About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for developing and deploying a cross-channel business plan for the assigned business
- Works with Sales Planning Director, Sales Planning Associate Director and cross functional marketing team to influence development of 18-month Category Plan
- Coaches, develops, empowers team members as appropriate
- Owns cross channel Business Plan for assigned business
- Responsible to advocate for assigned business
- Recommends integrated customer plan and supports business plan release for assigned business
- Works with cross functional team to influence development of 18 month plan
- Deploy tools, processes, resources to support organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires 5+ years of CPG experience
- Clorox internal (Sales Planning) or equivalent experience Clorox external (Field/Customer) experience beneficial
- Strong Category knowledge
- Consultative/Solution selling
- Category Business Planning and Insights
- Understanding of key Clorox processes
