About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for developing and deploying a cross-channel business plan for the assigned business
  • Works with Sales Planning Director, Sales Planning Associate Director and cross functional marketing team to influence development of 18-month Category Plan
  • Coaches, develops, empowers team members as appropriate
  • Owns cross channel Business Plan for assigned business
  • Responsible to advocate for assigned business
  • Recommends integrated customer plan and supports business plan release for assigned business
  • Works with cross functional team to influence development of 18 month plan
  • Deploy tools, processes, resources to support organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires 5+ years of CPG experience
  • Clorox internal (Sales Planning) or equivalent experience Clorox external (Field/Customer) experience beneficial
  • Strong Category knowledge
  • Consultative/Solution selling
  • Category Business Planning and Insights
  • Understanding of key Clorox processes
