About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead consumer and market intelligence for the GLAD Business Unit
  • Serve as insights integrator for the BU, offering strategic thought partnership to leadership
  • Ensure the business has a 360 degree view of consumer and marketplace dynamics
  • Grow and leverage BU Knowledge Base, develop and direct Learning Plan
  • Connect the BU and central Insights teams, promoting two-way knowledge flow and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of market research experience
  • Experience in CPG/FMCG categories strongly preferred
  • Broad and deep research expertise across brand, innovation, shopper, product and competitive intelligence
  • Broad experience across the full range of market research methodologies (qual & quant), data and vendors
  • Strong record of partnership with senior business stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and R&D
