About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and improve key supply chain KPIs such as instocks, on-time and in-full (OTIF), inventory health, and compliance metrics
Develop and execute strategies to deliver best-in-class customer service and operational performance
Identify root causes of performance gaps across the order-to-cash cycle
Design and implement scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Planning, Logistics, Order Management, and Finance
Ensure alignment on priorities, forecasts, and execution plans to support business goals
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer supply chain operations
Ensure seamless flow of inventory and information across the joint Clorox–Walmart supply chain
Identify risks and opportunities to support supply and drive business growth
Partner with internal and customer teams on forecasting, promotions, and portfolio changes
Contribute to joint business planning with key stakeholders
Align supply chain strategies with broader commercial objectives
Drive initiatives that improve near-term performance while building long-term capabilities
Lead cross-functional projects from concept through execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in supply chain, preferably in consumer goods or retail
Strong track record of delivering results and improving KPIs
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams
Experience with SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience working with Walmart or knowledge of Walmart supply chain processes is a strong plus
