Key responsibilities & impact

Own Reporting & Insights Transformation (30%)
Deliver the FP&A reporting strategy and roadmap
Lead Azure (Model Lakehouse -ESSLake) as the FP&A reporting platform
Standardize and enhance management reporting with actionable insights
Act as Product Owner for Azure (Model Lakehouse -ESSLake)
Translate business needs into scalable system solutions
Drive adoption of analytics, automation, and Gen AI use cases
Coordinate planning and close process improvements projects
Streamline financial close and reporting cycles with IBP integration
Enable continuous scenario planning and advance capabilities tools (AI ready)
Lead and integrate cross-functional transformation initiatives
Align Finance, Business, Data, and Technology efforts
Influence senior stakeholders and drive execution
Ensure data integrity, controls, and standardized definitions
Lead COE and drive adoption of new capabilities and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

13+ years in FP&A, analytics, or finance transformation
Strong expertise in reporting, forecasting, and planning processes
Experience with finance systems (Azure/SAP/Anaplan)
AI integration experience is a plus
Proven ability to lead transformation and influence senior stakeholders
Clear communicator who explains complex ideas simply
Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Adaptable, positive, and a strong team player
