About the role
- Lead strategic projects to implement supply chain strategy, focusing on network optimization and step-change improvements in performance and cost
- Manage the BU cost savings pipeline, spearheading initiatives that deliver measurable financial impact
- Drive compliance, proactively address breakdowns, and champion continuous process improvement
- Develop project management capabilities across the organization through coaching and mentoring
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects across LATAM and corporate functions
- Provide accurate, timely updates on cost savings programs and systems
Requirements
- 10+ years leading projects or organizations
- Strong strategic and tactical supply chain expertise
- Ability to influence across all levels, from peers to senior executives
- Advanced analytical skills with financial acumen
- Clear, effective communication—both written and verbal
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and on budget
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain interdependencies
- Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
- Experience managing cost saving projects and/or initiatives
- Advanced/Fluent English level is required
- Experience in Multinational FMCG companies is preferred.
