About the role
- Support the creation of LATAM AMPS tracking and leading on-going tracking and analysis
- Participate as Sales Lead on LATAM Brand Studios and innovation projects
- Track Innovation Projects & Sales Initiatives and support best-in-class country AMPS execution
- Develop Decide initiatives and customer requirements into product development processes
- Provide and analyze data to guide Decide plan element
- Identify and lead the development of core sales initiatives
- Conduct ad hoc analysis as requested by SBU Sales Director/Leadership Team
- Lead NRM effort in LATAM to generate profitable growth leveraging key NRM levers
- Responsible for reporting LATAM NRM numbers
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management or Shopper Marketing in CPG
- Internal plan development and external sales management experience desired
