About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and configure Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Sales Cloud, Pardot, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and FinancialForce
Work closely with product owners and senior stakeholders to deliver the agreed roadmap
Collaborate with onshore and offshore project managers, architects, business analysts, admins, developers, and testers
Work across multi-scrum teams using a mature CI/CD pipeline and test automation coverage
Contribute to projects involving billing, finance, sales, pricing, and field service
Deliver end-to-end configuration and change management when system improvements are implemented
Apply Salesforce best practices for solution use and data entry/management
Follow and challenge architectural principles where appropriate

Experience working as a Salesforce Developer across a range of Salesforce products
Experience with Salesforce configuration and customisation
Lightning Web Components
Apex
Data Loader
SOQL

Validation Rules
Workflow and Approvals
Custom Objects, Fields and Formulas
Source Control / GitHub
CI/CD
Ability to work within a wider team while following Salesforce solution and data management best practices
Ability to deliver end-to-end system configuration and change management
Understanding of data sharing and visibility rules
Strong communication skills and ability to deal with senior stakeholders beneficial
Experience working in an agile environment essential, preferably with JIRA and Confluence
