About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide project and administrative support to leadership teams or Operations Advisors
  • Escalate issues, risks, and concerns as needed
  • Support assigned projects by responding to inquiries and resolving complex issues using independent judgment, discretion, and client knowledge
  • Communicate risk and status of owned clients and processes to leadership teams
  • Execute client requests and inquiries in alignment with SLAs and contractual terms
  • Monitor and triage client issues in alignment with SLAs and contractual terms
  • Adhere to organizational SOPs and Compliance standards
  • Provide subject matter input related to checklists and SOPs
  • Assist with operational input for new process development
  • Identify, research, and resolve operational issues
  • Provide training and mentoring for new team members, offshore, and contingent employee resources
  • Comply with ESI document and retention requirements
  • Provide exceptional client service
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, clients, IT, Product Teams, Quality Teams, and Leadership Teams
  • Communicate issues and status clearly and timely to leadership teams
  • Support requirements intake, issue resolution, system setup and testing, documentation, initiative engagements, and client health updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
  • Demonstrated ability to work with other departments and teams to resolve issues
  • Experience with the use of ERP systems
  • Proficient computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications required
  • Experience with data input and reconciliation
  • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working from home
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare and PBM industry and its products and services highly preferred
