Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED - Required
Bachelor’s degree - Highly Preferred
5+ years of leadership experience driving operational excellence in healthcare operations, implementation, service delivery, or related functions – Required
Proven success leading managers and high-performing operational teams while driving engagement, accountability, and results – Required
Skilled at influencing stakeholders, leading change, and driving results through cross-functional collaboration – Required
Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams and drive business results through strategic leadership and execution – Required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) and strong technical and navigational skills - Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data, develop reporting, and resolve complex issues – Required
Experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or implementation operations, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements – Highly Preferred
Proven success leading process improvement and transformation initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies – Preferred
Proven success in workforce planning, capacity optimization, and operational readiness - Preferred
Candidates residing within 50 miles of Bloomfield, CT, Chattanooga, TN, Denver, CO, St Louis, MO, or Scottsdale, AZ may be asked to work in person
Home internet connection must use cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working from home
