About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain daily product catalog updates, including verification and validation of entries through the local portal
Conduct data analysis, payment invoicing, and financial variance and discrepancy research
Support the Director, Account Management with participant One-Time Buy requests, including validation, communication, and issue resolution
Support the contracting team during the biannual generic bid process through data management, reporting, and operational support
Develop, maintain, and enhance reports that provide actionable insights to management and support informed business decisions
Assist in standardizing, optimizing, and automating reporting and analytical processes
Communicate analytical findings, reporting results, and business insights to internal leadership, manufacturers, wholesalers, and GPO participants
Partner with external customers, suppliers, and participants to investigate and resolve issues related to payments, reporting, contract administration, and operational processes
Support ad hoc projects, analyses, and strategic initiatives assigned by the Senior Manager, Analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
Previous experience in contracting, procurement, healthcare, GPO operations, or a related field preferred
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, mathematical, and financial research skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision
Highly collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset and commitment to operational excellence
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, participants, suppliers, and customers while demonstrating professionalism and integrity
Experience leveraging data and reporting to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve business processes
