About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor daily request execution, reporting, and issue triaging for owned clients
Identify operational or productivity enhancements, barriers, configuration opportunities, and workflow improvements
Provide project and administrative support to leadership teams or Operations Advisors
Escalate issues, risks, and concerns as needed
Respond to inquiries and resolve complex issues using independent judgment, discretion, and client knowledge
Communicate risks and status of owned clients and processes to leadership
Execute client requests and inquiries in alignment with SLAs and contractual terms
Monitor and triage client issues in alignment with SLAs and contractual terms
Adhere to organizational SOPs, compliance standards, and ESI document retention requirements
Contribute operational input to new process development and resolve operational issues
Train and mentor new team members, offshore resources, and contingent employees
Provide exceptional client service
Collaborate with Account Management, clients, IT, Product Teams, Quality Teams, and Leadership Teams
Coordinate system setup and testing, issue resolution, documentation, initiative engagements, and client health updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required
3+ years of relevant experience required
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
Good organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
Demonstrated ability to work with other departments and teams to resolve issues
Experience with the use of ERP systems
Proficient computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications required
Experience with data input and reconciliation
Strong knowledge of the healthcare and PBM industry and its products and services highly preferred
If working at home, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload required
