Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must live in Georgia, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Idaho, or Washington
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • No experience required
  • Previous healthcare customer service call center experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to excel in a high-volume, structured environment
  • Strong problem-solving and real-time decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems at once
  • Commitment to attending 100% of training
  • Consistent attendance during the first 90 days
  • Maintain a distraction-free home workspace
  • Wired cable broadband or fiber optic internet with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
  • Wi-Fi, mobile, or hotspot connections are not acceptable
