Key responsibilities & impact
  • Rotate through operations-focused roles supporting critical business processes and client, customer, and provider experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related business field, or relevant professional/hands-on experience required
  • At least one internship or relevant experience in business operations, analytics, process improvement, or a related area
  • Demonstrated leadership through work, student organizations, athletics, or community involvement
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate effectively across teams
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results through collaboration
  • Strong foundation in Microsoft Office Suite, project management, and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills
  • Strong critical thinking, influencing, and teamwork abilities
  • Goal-oriented with exceptional customer service standards
  • Experience with data, reporting, dashboards, analytics, or technical tools is helpful
  • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0+ preferred
  • Eligible for employment in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Available to work a 40-hour work week beginning July 6, 2026, Monday–Friday
  • Able to work in person 3 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and one day of your choosing
