About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate financial data, business trends, and market insights into recommendations for strategic decisions
- Contribute to rotations across financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, accounting/audit, risk management, underwriting, corporate development, finance strategy, provider economics, operations, and data and analytics
- Use AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve financial modeling, identify patterns, strengthen insights, and increase decision-support speed and quality
- Partner across finance, business, and operational teams to solve ambiguous problems, influence outcomes, and connect financial performance to enterprise priorities
- Prepare executive-ready materials communicating findings, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to senior stakeholders
- Build technical, leadership, and health care industry expertise through rotations, mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities
- Seek feedback, learn quickly, and apply new skills to deliver measurable business value
Requirements
What you’ll need- MBA or CPA credential
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, consulting, analytics, strategy, or a related business function
- Experience using AI tools, automation, advanced analytics, or data-driven technology to improve business analysis, productivity, or decision-making
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex information and recommend practical actions
- Clear communication skills for business partners, finance leaders, and executive audiences
- Ability to adapt across functions, learn quickly, collaborate in a matrixed environment, and take ownership of meaningful outcomes
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
- Must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future
- Home internet, when working remotely, must use cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload
