About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide advanced infusion therapy in home, clinic, hospital, and virtual settings for cardiopulmonary conditions including PAH and other rare and chronic diseases
  • Educate patients and caregivers to manage therapy and recognize potential side effects
  • Coordinate with PAH specialty centers, prescribers, and care teams to ensure seamless treatment
  • Serve as a clinical resource for providers and patients throughout the therapy journey
  • Build long-term patient relationships through compassionate, expert care and clear communication
  • Support quality outcomes and responsible growth through collaborative care discussions
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support patient care needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Florida
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including intensive care or pulmonary/cardiac specialty care
  • Experience caring for PAH or CTEPH patients
  • Strong infusion therapy skills, including excellent IV insertion skills
  • Patient education experience
  • BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patient locations
  • Strong communication skills with a patient-first mindset
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Participation in an on-call rotation
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing preferred
  • Home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience preferred
  • CRNI or other relevant nursing certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
  • For home work, cable broadband or fiber optic internet with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
