About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate utilization management, case management, and claims-related activities supporting gene therapy programs
  • Partner with enterprise teams to onboard new clients and implement client-specific workflows and requirements
  • Manage designated projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
  • Document and maintain workflows, operating procedures, and program materials
  • Collaborate with leaders across departments to support enhancements, implementations, and operational improvements
  • Develop and deliver training materials for teams supporting the program
  • Build client-facing skills and support customer activities under the guidance of product leadership
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance program effectiveness and customer outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience
  • High level of motivation, independence, organization, and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Working understanding of utilization management processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across multiple teams
  • Understanding of medical or pharmacy claims processing
  • Experience supporting healthcare programs, product operations, or implementations
  • Experience working with cross-functional healthcare teams and client onboarding activities
  • If working at home occasionally or permanently, internet service must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
