About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver standout service that builds trust with providers and patients
- Translate prescriptions from prescribers and enter information into patient profiles accurately, following applicable state regulations
- Collaborate with pharmacists according to work instructions, policies, procedures, management direction, and national or state regulations
- Support quality assurance efforts
- Report adverse events
- Assist with outreach to prescribers and patients
- Perform data entry and other pharmacy queue work typical of a registered pharmacy technician
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Valid Pharmacy Technician license strongly preferred, or Pharmacy Tech-In training/certification/registration as required by state laws
- Basic math and computer skills, including Windows navigation, Microsoft applications, internet, and email
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn internal systems, processes, and programs as needed
- Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload for home-based work
