About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with data entry for incoming prescriptions to ensure quality assurance
- Make outbound calls to prescribers’ offices
- Work with patients and doctors to research medication coverage issues
- Help patients obtain needed medication
- Make and receive high-volume calls from patients and providers
- Participate in training and collaborate with peers and other teams
- Provide high-touch care and support for patients with chronic health conditions
- Work Monday–Friday on the specified Eastern Time schedule
Requirements
What you’ll need- Valid Indiana Pharmacy technician license/certification/registration required
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- 1+ years of order entry experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office, internet, and email
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with patients
- Comfortable making and receiving high-volume calls to patients and providers
- Must be located and licensed in Indiana
- Cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for home work
