About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with data entry for incoming prescriptions to ensure quality assurance
Make outbound calls to prescribers’ offices
Work with patients and doctors to research medication coverage issues
Help patients obtain needed medication
Make and receive high-volume calls from patients and providers
Participate in training and collaborate with peers and other teams
Provide high-touch care and support for patients with chronic health conditions
Work Monday–Friday on the specified Eastern Time schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid Indiana Pharmacy technician license/certification/registration required
2+ years of relevant experience as a Pharmacy Technician
1+ years of order entry experience required
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office, internet, and email
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build relationships with patients
Comfortable making and receiving high-volume calls to patients and providers
Must be located and licensed in Indiana
Cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for home work
