About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources
Ensure data integrity through validation, cleansing, and documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights aligned with business goals
Lead analytics projects or components of larger initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
Develop and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards to support complex analytics initiatives within Operations
Translate business needs into actionable insights and drive operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

US Citizenship
2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
Proficiency in SQL and dashboard development
Strong commitment to thorough documentation practices
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred: Experience with Databricks Notebooks
Preferred: 1+ years of experience in data engineering or ETL development
Preferred: Experience with project management methodology and tools
For home working, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
