About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals, customer needs, portfolio priorities, and delivery capacity
Translate strategic initiatives into product outcomes by shaping epics and defining features
Partner with business leaders, portfolio managers, product owners, architects, release train engineers, and delivery leads to align priorities and manage dependencies
Lead discovery using customer feedback, data, design thinking, and business insight
Guide roadmap decisions by balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, risk, and team capacity
Support PI planning and backlog prioritization
Define product measures, track progress, and demonstrate business and customer outcomes
Collaborate with Customer Experience, Data, and UX/UI design teams to embed the customer voice throughout product delivery
Move epics and features from idea to completion while monitoring delivery progress, tradeoffs, risks, and decisions
Promote a healthy agile culture focused on feedback, collaborative problem-solving, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related product ownership role
Experience working with agile teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver product or technology solutions
Ability to translate business needs into product direction, roadmap priorities, features, acceptance considerations, and measurable outcomes
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex topics clearly and practically
Proven ability to build trusted relationships across business, technology, portfolio, and delivery teams
Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to work with international stakeholders across regions and time zones
Business acumen, including understanding business drivers, profitability, and strategy
Customer-centric approach to converting customer insights into solutions
Stakeholder management skills
Agile mindset with hypothesis validation, feedback, and data-driven adaptation
Strong delivery and ability to execute strategy with measurable impact
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, healthcare, or a related field preferred
Experience in health benefits, insurance, global health, or international business operations preferred
Experience with Jira or a similar agile work management tool preferred
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification preferred, or willingness to complete certification after hire
Experience applying design thinking, customer experience methods, data insights, or analytics to product decisions preferred
Comfort working with business and technical partners to evaluate options and clarify tradeoffs
Home internet through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload if working from home
