About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage pharmacy pricing strategies to meet contractual guarantee targets.
Review provider contracts to ensure pricing terms and guarantees are accurately implemented.
Track, analyze, and report provider guarantee performance.
Recommend pricing and system adjustments to support contractual obligations.
Maintain and enhance the provider guarantees database and reporting tools.
Partner with Contracting, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to support negotiations and performance inquiries.
Lead claims-based analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 plus years of equivalent work experience
Proficient with Microsoft Excel; Experience with SQL required
3-5 years plus of experience in Financial Analysis, or related area
Demonstrate initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proven ability to work collaboratively in complex matrix organizations and agile teams
Strong verbal/written communication skills to work with various matrix partners
Knowledge of PBM or Healthcare industry preferred
