About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage pharmacy pricing strategies to meet contractual guarantee targets.
- Review provider contracts to ensure pricing terms and guarantees are accurately implemented.
- Track, analyze, and report provider guarantee performance.
- Recommend pricing and system adjustments to support contractual obligations.
- Maintain and enhance the provider guarantees database and reporting tools.
- Partner with Contracting, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to support negotiations and performance inquiries.
- Lead claims-based analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 plus years of equivalent work experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel; Experience with SQL required
- 3-5 years plus of experience in Financial Analysis, or related area
- Demonstrate initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in complex matrix organizations and agile teams
- Strong verbal/written communication skills to work with various matrix partners
- Knowledge of PBM or Healthcare industry preferred
