About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex initiatives to improve claim accuracy and operational efficiency
- Develop and apply statistical models and predictive analytics to identify opportunities within healthcare claims data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to migrate SAS-based edits to a new platform
- Drive enterprise data initiatives focused on improving data quality and operational effectiveness
- Design and execute model validation and performance monitoring approaches
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in data mining, analysis, and processing using tools like SAS, SQL, Python, R
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Healthcare Informatics preferred
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence, preferably within healthcare
- Proven ability to extract actionable insights using advanced data mining techniques and business intelligence tools
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and model development lifecycle
