About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with ENI leadership to define and execute strategic priorities
- Lead business cases, operating model assessments, investment analyses, and strategic recommendations
- Monitor market, regulatory, talent, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
- Establish governance, performance metrics, and operating rhythms for successful delivery of strategic initiatives
- Drive cross-functional programs spanning various departments
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
- Partner with enterprise leaders for Ireland-based growth opportunities
- Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and business planning activities
- Develop executive reporting and dashboards
- Lead and develop direct reports and foster team culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business transformation, consulting, finance, program management, or related leadership roles
- Demonstrated success leading strategic initiatives that delivered measurable business impact
- Strong financial acumen, including business case development, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting global operations, shared services, or international business environments
- Experience managing consultants, vendors, or strategic partners
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within governance, compliance, or regulated business environments
- Proven ability to influence change and drive results through collaboration
