About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with frontline business users to understand their business processes
Identify needs/requirements for the Allego platform
Provide platform support and manage user provisioning
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Allego platform
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for issue resolution
Partner with training, technology, and software engineering teams
Manage and prioritize incoming requests and the product backlog
Ensure the team focuses on initiatives that maximize business value

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
4+ years in a fast-paced SaaS, client services, or Product Owner role
Knowledge of agile methodology
Relationship management experience
Customer adoption experience
Facilitation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and experience building positive relationships
Demonstrated problem-solving and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
Highly detail-oriented
Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
Product Owner experience or CSPO certification preferred
Strong analytical, planning, problem identification and resolution skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, etc.)
