About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

responsible for leading the strategic and operational functions that enable business performance, scalable growth, customer excellence, and enterprise execution across CuraScript Specialty Distribution (CSD)
Partner with the President and executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic priorities that support organizational growth and long-term business objectives
Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, scalability, and competitive positioning
Lead enterprise-level initiatives focused on process optimization, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational efficiencies across pricing and data management functions to enhance business performance, customer experience, and organizational scalability
Lead the development and utilization of business insights, performance metrics, and reporting to support informed decision-making
Foster collaboration and alignment across operational, commercial, technology, finance, compliance, and enterprise teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, distribution, operations, business management, or related industries
7+ years leading managers and senior leaders across multiple functional areas
Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational, commercial, or business transformation initiatives
Experience leading cross-functional organizations and influencing executive stakeholders
Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities
Experience within specialty pharmacy, healthcare distribution, health services, or highly regulated environments
Strong expertise in pricing administration, master data management, customer onboarding, contract administration, and data governance within a complex operational environment
Strong understanding of the systems, controls, and data structures supporting specialty pharmaceutical distribution, pricing execution, and revenue management
