About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze pharmacy claims, medical data, provider prescribing patterns, utilization trends, and client-specific priorities
Develop, document, and execute evidence-based academic detailing strategies
Deliver customized prescriber education through provider-facing channels
Use Evernorth analytic tools and reporting resources to improve targeting
Provide provider-facing recommendations related to medication therapy opportunities
Partner with clients, account teams, clinical subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to prioritize initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activity, provider feedback, intervention status
Contribute to staff meetings, quality workgroups, client discussions, and departmental initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current pharmacist license required
relevant PBM, managed care, health plan, provider engagement, or clinical program experience preferred
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to interpret medication therapy, prescribing patterns, utilization trends, quality metrics, and evidence-based guidelines
Experience using claims data, reporting tools, dashboards, or analytic platforms to identify opportunities, support decision-making, and measure outcomes
Client management, consultative communication, or provider-facing education experience preferred
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Strong project management skills
Demonstrated collaboration, leadership, accountability, and commitment to service excellence
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn and effectively use internal reporting, documentation, and analytic tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
