About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze pharmacy claims, medical data, provider prescribing patterns, utilization trends, and client-specific priorities
- Develop, document, and execute evidence-based academic detailing strategies
- Deliver customized prescriber education through provider-facing channels
- Use Evernorth analytic tools and reporting resources to improve targeting
- Provide provider-facing recommendations related to medication therapy opportunities
- Partner with clients, account teams, clinical subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to prioritize initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activity, provider feedback, intervention status
- Contribute to staff meetings, quality workgroups, client discussions, and departmental initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current pharmacist license required
- relevant PBM, managed care, health plan, provider engagement, or clinical program experience preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to interpret medication therapy, prescribing patterns, utilization trends, quality metrics, and evidence-based guidelines
- Experience using claims data, reporting tools, dashboards, or analytic platforms to identify opportunities, support decision-making, and measure outcomes
- Client management, consultative communication, or provider-facing education experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrated collaboration, leadership, accountability, and commitment to service excellence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn and effectively use internal reporting, documentation, and analytic tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
