About the role
- Develop, maintain, and use strategic analytics and insights for business and product strategy development
- Provides analytical and financial support for strategy development and product strategy multi-year planning
- Collaborate with Pharmacy & Care Delivery, Evernorth, and Enterprise Strategy teams for alignment
- Develop, enhance, and update market opportunity model in collaboration with partners
- Develop and manage business cases and models for business development
- Organize and maintain matrix workgroups for projects
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in finance, strategic planning, and/or competitive intelligence
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
- Strong expertise in finance and business acumen, particularly in pharmacy, PBM and care delivery business models
- Ability to drive collaboration with cross-functional teams
- BS/A degree, MBA degree preferred
