About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Designing and executing strategic employee engagement initiatives
- Strengthen connections between the Enterprise Leadership Team (ELT) and employees
- Planning, coordination, logistics, and execution of ELT site visits and employee engagement events
- Develop strategic communication plans and messaging for ELT site visits
- Translate enterprise priorities into relevant, engaging communications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years in Communications, preferably in a large matrixed organization
- Significant experience in employee engagement, communications, project management and operations
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives (C-suite level)
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and events with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work from a Cigna Group office at least 3 days a week
