About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help business and technology partners deliver solutions that are ready for real-world use.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across business processes, user workflows, reports, interfaces, and data validation.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements, support end users, and are ready for production release.
- Develop UAT approaches, test conditions, test scripts, and test cases that validate end-to-end business workflows.
- Guide business partners through UAT execution, helping teams understand project scope, readiness expectations, and testing responsibilities.
- Track, monitor, and report UAT progress, results, and defects while coordinating resolution and retesting with project and QA partners.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to remove roadblocks, reduce delays, and support timely issue resolution.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows, readiness, and user experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or UAT coordination.
- Experience leading or supporting User Acceptance Testing for business processes, workflows, reports, interfaces, or data validation.
- Strong ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into clear test cases and testing plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Experience facilitating meetings, tracking issues, and driving follow-through across cross-functional teams.
