About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Business Acceptance Testing for assigned releases, capabilities, and initiatives.
Use business requirements, process risk, and release goals to define test strategy, coverage priorities, scripts, and expected outcomes.
Analyze system, asset, configuration, and process changes to identify BAT impacts, risks, and readiness needs.
Validate pricing information and related business outcomes to confirm accuracy, identify issues, and support strong provider experience.
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve defects, remove blockers, and support implementation of new programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or G.E.D.
5+ years of experience in a healthcare, business operations, testing, systems, pricing, or related environment.
Experience leading or supporting business acceptance testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, or similar validation work.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts, business requirements, and system changes into clear testing needs and business impacts.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
