About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle routine work stream assignments, including but not limited to member and file research, assisting with file processing, and providing advisory support.
- Provide business support to clients and account management to ensure satisfaction.
- May facilitate activities with other areas to oversee the delivery of client needs.
- Participate in process improvement activities and share ideas to enhance processes.
- With a focus on quality and timeliness, maintain ownership of the assigned work queue.
- Meet all service standards to ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in process improvement conversations and implementation.
- Provide support for year-end and 1/1 readiness activities outside the normal schedule.
- Participate in team meetings as required.
- Maintain performance metrics as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years of work experience of PBM and healthcare implementation operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Experience managing workflows, coordinating projects, or resolving operational issues
- Ability to manage timelines and deadlines
- Detail-oriented, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues with innovative solutions.
