  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers across multiple products or product lines
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

  • Align stakeholders on priorities and success metrics
  • Translate complex concepts into executive-level insights
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required
  • 8+ years of product management experience required
  • 3+ years in a people leadership role highly preferred
  • Solid experience developing, coaching and retaining high-performing product managers is highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of applied AI, large language models (LLMs), and automation concepts required
  • Ability to translate technical possibilities into customer and business value is required
  • Proven success managing multiple, complex product portfolios
  • Experience delivering technology-enabled solutions in a regulated/complex environment preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
  • Deep understanding of product discovery and agile practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity
  • Experience delivering business outcomes through product solutions
  • Experience with rapid prototyping and experimentation
  • Ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences
  • Able to travel up to 25% as needed
