About the role
- Provides advanced professional input to complex Business Analytics assignments/projects.
- Works in collaboration with business partners to provide analyses and reports to aid decision making based on data, facts, and analytical findings across different parts of the organization.
- Analyzes and interprets collected data, spots trends, writes reports and recommendations, and completes data modeling.
- Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures.
- Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within Business Analytics.
- Supports the planning and execution of internal and external Lab events and communications, including analysis, presentation, and technical support.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Analytics
- 2+ years working experience with SQL
- Proficient in Microsoft (especially Excel - vlookup, formulas, pivot tables)
- Tableau Desktop/server experience
- Python experience preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of healthcare trends
