Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure continuous coverage for PipelineRx clients and support pharmacists by managing order flow
Triage and manage high-volume client calls
Provide basic technical support and coordinate with IT for advanced issues
Contact healthcare professionals to gather clinical or demographic information needed
Support workflow during downtime and help secure emergency shift coverage
Submit nightly shift reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma required, bachelor’s preferred
National pharmacy technician certification
1+ year institutional and 1+ year retail pharmacy technician experience
Strong communication, customer service, and IT troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with MS Office and Google tools.
