Provide legal guidance for regulatory and contract challenges
Negotiate and draft legal and business terms of client contracts
Coordinate with Legal and Enterprise Compliance partners
Identify key trends or gaps in medical management and service operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor required
3-5 years of commercial contracting experience in positions of increasing responsibility
Familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures related to the managed care industry preferred
Strong independent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand complex operations, technological, and financial issues
Ability to render actionable legal advice within a matrixed business setting
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Ability to work more than 40 hours per week
