About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and strengthen client relationships
- Responsible for client renewals, up sells, expansions, and client retention targets
- Direct internal Account Management team activities
- Deliver business reviews with clients
- Serve as account strategist for assigned accounts
- Determine up sell and expansion opportunities
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in related field or 14+ years of experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Experience working with consultants
- Accountable for development of client-specific strategic plan
- Delivery of recurring business reviews with clients
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong project management skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to negotiate, lead others, organize, analyze and interpret information
- Ability to travel as needed (approximately 25%)
