Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct external and internal reviews of the healthcare landscape
Evaluate the performance of internal clinical strategies
Synthesize internal and external insights into recommendations
Utilize internal data and modeling to evaluate financial impacts of strategies
Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
Monitor strategy performance and outcomes following implementation
Develop presentations and strategic updates for senior leadership
Establish and execute internal SOPs and playbooks for the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, PharmD) preferred
Licensed pharmacist in good standing, if degree is Pharmacy
Minimum of 8 years with experience in healthcare strategy
Experience using financial modeling tools
Strong financial acumen
Demonstrated expertise in clinical strategy and healthcare innovation
Knowledge of PBM industry, managed care, healthcare industry
Strong detail orientation, organization, and management of multiple parallel projects
Exceptional strategic thinker with a track record of anticipating trends
