About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and manage capacity models that forecast staffing needs across multiple operational teams and work types
  • Analyze trends in volume, productivity, attrition, inventory, and related metrics to produce accurate monthly staffing forecasts and identify excess or shortfall risk
  • Recommend strategies that improve workforce utilization, including hiring plans, skill conversion, up-training, and model enhancements
  • Lead monthly reviews with business partners to share results, explain forecast changes, and align on actions that support operational and financial goals
  • Contribute to planning discussions by offering insights, raising risks, and influencing decisions with clear, data-based recommendations
  • Support change by building strong partnerships, challenging assumptions when needed, and helping leaders make informed planning decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • 5+ years of experience in advanced data analysis, workforce management, operational planning, or a related business function
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and the ability to work with complex datasets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly and influence decisions across a matrix organization
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders and turn analysis into actionable business recommendations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines
